A year ago we decided to build a new reception and combine this with a small retail area and at the same time we installed a fully computerised accounting system.
As neither of us have grown up in this new IT world, this was a huge step, however it has proved incredibly successful for both us and our customers and ‘checking in' and ‘checking out' are now expedited timeously.
Our shop is still in its infancy and we have concentrated on dog food, treats and toys etc.
